I wrote this track about my battles and struggles with mental health including depression, anxiety and OCD. It talks about how it has impacted my life on a daily basis and that even being amongst beauty and peace, I am still haunted and tortured by my mental health, how the thoughts can be so debilitating that I am terrified of them, that I want to find peace but struggle to maintain that feeling of peace without the thoughts overcoming my mind.
